My subscription channels are not showing up on my ROKU.

Early this morning I as watching Fox News with no problem.  Then later this morning I tried to use the app and it said that FOX News was an upgrade. yet when I look at my subscription it is there.  I deleted the app on one TV and reinstalled and signed on but no difference.  It is like your system is ignoring my subscription list.

It is not just the Fox news channel, it is all channels claiming I do not have a subscription.  You  my Xfinity friends as in deep doo do. When go to chat with an agent we start at 800+

I have the same problem. No Roku or online streaming available.  Says I need to subscribe for every channel.
