NBC sports app
Generally enjoy the xfinity stream app. But Tues sept 3 while watching the Phillies game the programming went to commercial in the middle of innings as batters were at the plate. Not a pitching change or field change. Most annoying. When the game came back on we missed at least two at bats by either team. Not sure if it’s an xfinity problem or NBC sports app problem buts it’s not acceptable.

Your title speaks of the NBC Sports app, but then you mentioned using the Xfinity Stream app. To clarify, which application was being used when the game cut to commercial at an inconvenient time?
