Netflix

My netflix is not accepting  my log in info  as of 2 days ago. I have had netflix bundle for months.  I have used a roku device to access  netflix.  Now when I put id and password it wants me to select a package to buy from netflix.  I think my account has been deleted

@user_oekq7s Have you tried logging in to your Netflix account on a computer with a web browser? If that doesn't work, you can reset your password. You can also reference this FAQ for more help; https://help.netflix.com/en/node/59095
