new plan pending

I was told this plan would go into effect today but it is still pending and when I try to login into the app on Apple AND my Samsung its says "the package is not yet ready for this device"

@user_c51595 What plan is it that you are trying to access that isn't ready? Have you checked your email for any instructions to activate said service?

@DreamSayerZ​ xfinity stream. The email is just an order confirmation, no instructions and my online account says pending. I spoke with several xfinity employees the last few days with differing stories to when this will be switched. The last said it was due for today but still nothing.
