Same thing is happening to me. All other channels work just fine using the Xfinity Stream app via my Roku Stream Stick. Starting a few days ago, ONLY NewsMax freezes constantly and is unwatchable. All other apps seem to be working fine with the Roku stick as well. So it’s not the Roku, and it’s not the Xfinity Stream App freezing in general, only when you go to watch NewsMax. Very odd...Please get this corrected quickly.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Same issue here. Only Newsmax freezing on my Roku 5000. All other channels I watch are fine. Started about 2/19/25.
