No Dateline Channel on Xfinity Stream

I just got a Firestick for a spare bedroom and I'm using the Xfinity Stream app to watch live TV. I was dismayed that I could not find the Dateline Channel (4015) on Xfinity Stream, even though I do have that channel on other TVs in the house that are directly connected to Xfinity through a cable box. Why do I not have the Dateline Channel on Xfinity Stream?

cjl8on, thanks for reaching out to our Forum and for using the Stream app. I love that app and use it on a few of my TVs. Are you able to confirm that you're device is connected to your network? Also, are you able to test the Stream app on a different device to confirm you're missing the channel?

Yes. The device is connected. I can watch all the other available channels from Xfinity and other streaming apps.

Yes, I brought up Xfinity Stream from a web browser on my computer and the channel is also missing there. 

I distinctly remember the channel being available last summer while I was away on vacation using the Xfinity Stream, but now it is not.

I am having the same problem. Same with NBC News now- (4005). They were in the app last night but now they are gone. They don't appear on my laptop, phone, Fire TV or Roku. Only through the cable box.
