No option to add favorite x1 streaming

The majority of shows have no + sign option to add to favorites from x1 box on TV. Most times I have to go online to the xfinity site and add it from there.

I've tried restarting the x1 box from the menu and have tried unplugging it for 15 minutes. No joy. Should I replace the box?

bobl61 thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out regarding your ability to favorite particular shows. Before going the route of a replacement, I would like to attempt to refresh the equipment and see if this resolves the issue. Have you already attempted to troubleshoot using the Xfinity Support site troubleshooting tips by the way?

I tried the refresh from the Xfinity app. It did not resolve the issue.

Thanks for the additional information @bobl61! I found this is actually a known, and reported issue. Our engineering team is working toward a solution to have this resolved. We don't have an ETA, however we hope it's resolved soon for everyone. Thank you for your patience!
