I am having trouble fast forwarding my videos. It will fast forward a couple of minutes and then reverts back to the beginning. It gets stuck in a loop. This problem started after I received a new modem from X-Finity. I am not sure if it is related. Thanks!
user_p5qjap, hi there! That has happened to me several times before. I know it can get loopy when it gets overloaded. Have you restarted you TV box?
