I talked with someone and changed my plan two weeks ago, they said I’d be receiving an email on signing up in them.  Haven’t seen anything and if I have Peacock for example they want me to pay montly

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you recently signed up for a new offer, which included options like Peacock Premium and the Disney+ / Hulu bundle. I'm glad to hear you were able to take advantage of the new offer. That said, I see you haven't received the emails to activate the streaming options. 

As a test, I re-sent the links for both services to the primary email on file. Please let me know if you get the emails and if you can complete the activation steps.
