On Demand Charges
Hello, I was charged for a movie on demand for 24.99 for Mufasa: The Lion King we did not order this movie I would like it removed from my bill please. It is just my husband and I and we don't watch these types of movies can't get a hold of anyone by phone it's just bots that can't answer your questions it is quit frustrating. There should be a phone number that you can talk to real people like it used to be. I'm sure its yoyur way of tying to save money but it's a good way to lose customers also.
