Paramount Plus with Showtime on ROKU

I use ROKU for my second TV.  Can I access content on Paramount Plus to view if I have in my xfinity package Paramount Plus with Showtime?  I've tried doing a search in xfinity stream for shows like '1923' and all I get is that it is on Paramount Plus and I have to subscribe.  Seems I should be able to view shows in Paramount Plus if it is part of my xfinity steam package (again Paramount Plus with Showtime).  Please advise, thank you.

yogacat Hi there! We can see how that would be confusing. The Paramount+ with Showtime plan included in your Xfinity package gives you access through the Paramount+ app, not directly through Xfinity Stream or Roku’s regular listings. To watch on your Roku, open the Paramount+ app, select Sign in with a TV Provider, then choose Xfinity and use your Xfinity ID to log in. Once you’re signed in that way, you’ll have full access to the Paramount+ with Showtime content included in your package.

@XfinityAirelle​ Hello, this is not the case as I tried it on the TV with the roku streaming stick and Xfinity / Comcast was not one of the providers.  I have a picture of the tv screen to prove this however I don't see any way to attach it to this post.  I will try this on my primary TV later today as that TV has the xfinity set box attached to it.  I will let you know what I find.

yogacat We looked into this a bit further and found that the Paramount+ app is a separate subscription if you’d like to stream directly through it. The Paramount+ channel that comes with your Xfinity TV package is included, but it doesn’t provide access to the standalone app. We’re sorry for any confusion earlier and appreciate your patience while we clarified that.

Hello, I'm not accepting either of your responses as a solution as I think Xfinity should just add themselves as a provider to the Paramount + app for those customers who get it via Xfinity service.  The providers listed are AT&T, DirectTV / DirectTV Stream, Hulu, Spectrum, Prime Video, Mediacom, YouTube.  Seems like a class action suit to me.  I will look into changing my programming at Xfinity and maybe even go to basic cable.  I'm done here.
