Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Hi, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Forums. You are able to add paramount from your X1 remote. You can use the voice remote to access paramount app.
Press the xfinity button on your remote.
Select Apps.
Select the Paramount+ tile.
Note: You can also say “Paramount+” into your Voice Remote to open the app on Flex.
When you enter the app, select Sign Up for Paramount+.
Select a plan.
