Peacock Activation

My rewards status was recently upgraded to Diamond and I'm supposed to receive a free Peacock membership. When I follow the activation email that was sent to me, I am told that my Peacock account is already active and I am redirected to the Peacock website. However when I sign into my Peacock account, my membership status is shown as not being subscribed and it asks me to pay for a Premium plan. How am I supposed to actually activate my free Peacock subscription?
