Peacock and moving - has Xfinity figured it out yet?

I've seen posts going back a couple of years on this, but no real resolution. We subscribed to Peacock Premium as a gigabit customer and then Peacock Premium Plus to get ad-free. We just moved to another state and another gigabit plan and somehow our premium plus disappeared. When I try to activate Peacock, I get the notorious error that it's already activated with another account. We only use one account and one email address.

How do I get this fixed?

Hello @Wallrike are you still having issues with your Peacock?

Hi, Duron. I am, I'm afraid. I reached out to Peacock as well to try to resolve on either/both sides.

I still have Premium access, but don't seem to have Premium Plus even though Xfinity billing shows it's applied for the next service period. I have tried to activate the "new" Peacock service, but it errors out as "applied to another account."

I'm not super sure where to go from here.

Thanks,

This is something that wee are aware and working on. I have had people have success by using a different email address. Do you think that is something you can try?

Great! Let us know how that goes and if you have any additional questions in the meantime.
