Peacock Premium with Xfinity Gig internet

I have activated my Peacock Premium in the xfinity app but when I go to Peacock, it prompts me to sign up and pay for a subscription. When I attempt to unlink peacock, an error message pops up. Can someone help me? I have already contacted peacock and they could not resolve this issue.
