peacock wants us to sign up and pay even though we already are entitled to it with our current plan
we have Ultimate TV package which includes Peacock, but when we go to the app it wants us to sign up and pay. Comcast telephone service help could not solve the problem and said we would get a follow up call within 10 minutes and that was hours ago. how do we get Peacock?

Does the Xfinity account fit under one of these requirements as having the Xfinity Ultimate Video subscription does not qualify?
