peacock

When clicking on Activate Peacock, brought to Your Subscriptions page and underneath Plan Price Status and right next to Peacock the following is written: "This information is unavailable at the moment." Essentially, unable to activate. Two years of Peacock included in contract.

Hi there, user_ve2f3e! I apologize that you have been unable to use your Peacock subscription. We will get this figured out! If you go directly to the Xfinity Peacock Activation page, https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, do you see the same error message? You should also be able to activate the subscription at the Xfinity StreamStore, https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. Please let me know if you are able to activate using either of those links or if you need additional assistance.

Neither of the links worked for me. Going directly to peacock and trying to use my email for Xfinity didn't work either.

Hello user_6z10ze when using these links or going to Peacock directly, what messages are you seeing? Are you able to sign in? Do the sites recognize your user ID, but not the password? Is the message the same as the Original Poster "This information is unavailable at the moment." next to plans/pricing?
