Peacock

Recently upgraded to the 2 Gigabit 5‑year plan, which includes 2 years of Peacock Premium at no additional cost. Unfortunately, I have been unable to activate the Peacock benefit despite multiple attempts.  There in no activation button.  From what I am reading here, this seems to be a common problem.

Can you please confirm if you have tried the steps in this link? If you have, can you let me know what step you get stuck on and any error messages you are receiving so we can better assist? You also will want to make sure that you are logging in with the primary user name for your Xfinity account.
