Philadelphia Sports

The Xfinity app is driving me insane - I used to be able to watch all of the local channels and now I can't get any of the Philly sports games. I even tried to stream the Phillies game on my phone while I was home the other day (since the previous error message said I had to be on home wifi) and it still didn't work. Is there a fix for this? This is ridiculous, about to cancel my account.

Gotcha! It sounds like we might need to take a deeper dive into this and run a few backend tests on the account to see if we can get things to re-sync. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
