Yes! This right here. I need to talk to a human being. I do not nor should I have to dance around all the automated roadblocks, just to hopefully be graced with the chance to speak to a human being. I've been through it so many times, I answer the questions which have nothing to do with what I need, only to get to a roadblock that basically says have a nice day, sorry I couldn't help you.
