Playback Issue 2111

I have the Xfinity Stream App and I am constantly getting Playback Issue 2111. Is it being addressed or are we just supposed to go without? If we are expected to go without, then I want some kind of compensation for las of provided services.

Are you able to share more details? What type of device are you using when seeing the 2111 code on your screen? When it happens to you test the Xfinity Stream app on other devices? I recommend seeing if the issue happens on all devices when you experience this issue.

Im using my Samsung Galaxy S10. Since I would be remote (with just my cell phone), I dont have any other devices to test with. If I was at home, I could watch on regular cable or on my laptop thru the xfinity stream website.
