Playback issues

Playback issue: Tvapp-04349

I downloaded TV shows to my iPhone to play while traveling. I can view them in the airport, but not on the plane in airplane mode. Error message is 

Tvapp-04349

They play when I am in the airport and not on airplane mode.

Also, when I try to mirror a downloaded show to a TV, it immediately stops playing. Shows that are not downloaded play properly when mirroring and the downloaded shows play when not mirroring. Why?
