Poor Customer Service

Problem: no scheduled recordings shown, other scheduled recordings not scheduled (nothing for the next 14 days)

I called customer service and placed on hold. At the the 53 minute mark music recording goes dead but no one answers. I wait another 10 minutes but no answer.

I am tired of paying for a service that offers nothing in the way of customer service. It's inexcusable to show such disrespect to loyal customers that pay over $100 a month for such bad service and unreliable service.

I rely on mine quite a bit for programming I don't have time to watch as it airs. It's important to me that we help you find a resolution. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
