Premium channels canceled without request
Two days ago I called to simply cancel my landline service. I was promised numerous times during the conversation that no changes would be made to wifi or streaming services. Then I received an email from Netflix that my service was being disconnected from Comcast. Then from Peacock that my service previously authorized by Comcast could be reauthorized. The coup was realizing that every single Premium channel was also canceled. I have spent 3 solid hours and have succeded in being told that, yes, I have in fact list those services. I have service at two residences, one for about 30 years, and really hope that someone gives a hoot before I scoot. Thanks.
