Problem with CNN channel on Xfinity Stream App on FireTV

I have four Fire Stick in a vacation home. Two sticks are several years old and two are only a few months old. Both new ones are on the latest versions on both the Fire stick and the Xfinity Stream app. I only happens on the new FireTv sticks. The older units are Fire TV 4K. One of the new ones is is also a Fire TV 4K and the other is a Fire TV HD. I tried factory resting both new units and downloading the Xfinity app also. 

I appreciate you confirming that, @Tonyd1356. What happens when you watch the CNN channel on the Xfinity Stream app or Stream portal online?

The stream works fine until CNN goes to commercial. When the stream comes back the video is there but no audio. On both of the newer Fire TV sticks. But the stream works fine on the older Fire TV sticks, CNN comes back from commercial with both audie and video. On the new Fire TV sticks I have to back out of the program and go back in to have both audio and video again. It is every time the programing goes to a commercial.

Okay, thank you for the additional information. Are you noticing issues with any other channels, or does this seem to be the only one?

On the Xfinity stream app that is the only channel I watch on it. I am pretty boring with my television watching. It is either CNN or PBS Passport. But I will watch other channels tonight and tomorrow morning and see I the same thing happens. Will keep you posted.
