Recordings cannot be deleted
A couple days ago, old recordings that had been deleted reappeared in our recordings. These shows cannot be deleted. Trying to delete these generates an error. Trying to play these shows generates and error. We did not ask for these to be restored and we cannot play or delete them.

Hey there, mike4843, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums! We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your DVR for those recordings. Have you tried doing a restart on your DVR to see if that helps with the issue with the recordings? Also, what is the error message that generates when you try to delete the recording?
