Recordings not showing on Xfinity Stream

I just started having the issue where I cannot see all my recordings when I log on using a tablet or computer. My TV says I have over 60 recordings but on Xfinity stream it only shows 13.

@user_ulscqe I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your recordings not showing up using Xfinity stream. To better understand are you trying to watch/access your recordings out of the home?

Does this also happen when you're using the Xfinity Stream App?

Yes, it does.  I spoke with an Xfinity rep and was told that all new recordings were showing, and it was just the old ones that were not. That is NOT true. Even some of the new recordings are not showing.

Yes, I am trying to watch recordings when not at home.

Guess no one from Xfinity is going to reply to this anymore

I am having the exact same issue.  I can see the recordings on my TV but not on my iphone.  This just started a week or so ago.  Before that I was seeing all recordings on my iphone with no issues.  Can someone please get back to me?

Thanks for your comment, user_4oarv8. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. Is this only happening on your iPhone? Or is it happening on the Xfinity Stream App regardless of what device you use?

I am having the same issue: all recordings are always available on the X1 TV, but only certain recordings are showing in the Stream app.  Some new recordings continue to appear in the app, but not all.  There is never a problem viewing recordings in the app, as long as they are listed.  I can view upcoming scheduled recordings, so I know the app is connected with my account.  This problem is on all my Stream devices, including Fire TV sticks, a Roku TV, Android phones and a tablet, and even the Stream website on my PC.  I synch-ed my DVR using the X1 menu, but it did not help.  This began happening after downgrading my TV package, but that was only a channel reduction.  I currently have19 shows occupying only 9% of capacity, so I am well within my DVR capacity.  Some people reported success by upgrading their DVR storage for a $10/month fee, but this seems unnecessary for us at only 9% of capacity.  Please help!!!!

majorpipe Good morning, and happy Saturday! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your recordings and Xfinity Stream App. I'd be delighted to answer your questions today. I've listed out a couple of things we will want to check below for. Please let me know if that helps or if there are any follow up questions I may answer for you.

-Using the X1 Cloud DVR gives you 20 hours of recording space, and 2 tuners
-Having 2 tuners means you can watch 1 show, and record another one
-Recordings that are more than 6 months, will not show up on the Xfinity Stream App, and will be just be available on your box
