Refund
I have been owed a refund since June. Xfinity issued a check and mailed it to my old address, even though I gave them the new address. In July, I requested the check be reissued. Now, it is September and I still have not received the refund. I chat platform is awful. Has anyone had a similar experience and what process worked? Customer service is terrible with this company.

I do apologize this is not the experience we want our customers to have. I would not be happy if I was owed a refund and it was not sent to my correct address. let's get this resolved for you, go ahead and send me a direct message
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service addres
