Remove Disney+Hulu from streaming subscriptions
Hello,
My internet plan comes included with Peacock Premium (with ads) and Disney+Hulu bundle (with ads). I want to remove the Disney+Hulu bundle from my subscriptions. After I click remove in StreamStore, I am unable to proceed any further as the 'Next" button is grayed out and cannot be clicked. My suspicion is that because there is no change being made to my plan cost, the system does not allow me to proceed. Can someone please manually remove this subscription from my account?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
