report issue with audio not working while watching xfinity stream on my computer
I work from home, with 3 monitors. I use xfinity.com/stream/ to watch on one of my computer screens. Since mid last week (2/5/25) the audio has not been working. The commercials seem to work, but when they return from breaks, you can initially hear the program, then it mutes. I've restarted several times, reset my modem and set top box. No resolution. It does work if I use my mobile phone to watch through the app, but it does not work on my computer. I understand there have been audio problems with ROKU. Are you aware of others with issues similar to mine? Is there a resolution for my issue? How can you resolve this?

Hi,
Same happened to me and I was able to fix it by:
1. Clicking on language settings on the bottom right side of screen
2. Select Audio Options
3. Click and select audio description
4. Click again and select English
This should create a few seconds of loading and reset audio.
