Reset purchase pin when I forget the current pin

To reset the purchase PIN for your X1 device, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box, follow these steps:

1. Access the Xumo Settings PIN and Parental page.

2. Select "Change PIN" or "Remove PIN" to reset the purchase PIN.

3. Confirm your selection. Once the purchase PIN is reset, you can set a new PIN or remove it altogether. These steps can be performed through the Xfinity Stream web portal or the Xfinity Stream app on Roku devices.
