Roku not showing "Play" button...only add to list
I wanted to watch a movie this weekend on my Roku/Xfinity stream. I searched and found it but there was no "play" button -- only add to list. I then reached for my phone using the app for Xfinity stream -- the "play" button was there and I could watch it on my phone (or cast it to the same TV). Why was I not able to play it directly from the Roku device? It was on Showtime. I use a Streaming Stick. Thanks.

@annapolislady Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to play the movie from your device. What title were you trying to view? We can check for other reported cases if there was a known issue on Roku devices.

Thanks again, @annapolislady. I am not seeing any other reports for this title or with Roku devices right now, but I have submitted it for review. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Curious if you try it again today, will it still not show the Play button?
