Roku not showing "Play" button...only add to list

I wanted to watch a movie this weekend on my Roku/Xfinity stream.  I searched and found it but there was no "play" button -- only add to list.  I then reached for my phone using the app for Xfinity stream -- the "play" button was there and I could watch it on my phone (or cast it to the same TV).  Why was I not able to play it directly from the Roku device? It was on Showtime. I use a Streaming Stick. Thanks.

@annapolislady Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to play the movie from your device. What title were you trying to view? We can check for other reported cases if there was a known issue on Roku devices.

Thanks again, @annapolislady. I am not seeing any other reports for this title or with Roku devices right now, but I have submitted it for review. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Curious if you try it again today, will it still not show the Play button?

@XfinityThomasD​ Just tried it -- the movie is still showing only the checkmark on all house Roku devices.  Earlier today, advanced support at Comcast asked me to remove the app, reprovisioned, and then had me add the Xfinity app back onto the Roku. No change.

@annapolislady, I'm glad to hear you were able to work with that support team to get some movement, even if it wasn't a resolution. Are you able to test any other titles that this issue appears on?
