Samsung outage with live tv streaming

I am on day number 8 with this outage. My biggest issue is the fact that I am paying for a service that I keep getting the run around on. I keep getting told that I will get a credit once the service is restored (code tvapp-00148) that tells me the issue is in the app and not the many different answers I have been given. I have done everything asked of me and was told that this is a nationwide issue and that Samsung did not notify Xfinity of an update. In 2024, this should not be an issue that cannot fixed in a timely fashion. Tomorrow will be day 9 and I have missed many things I am interested in watching. Someone please help us!

Day number 9 without any live tv on my streaming app. Is there any resolution coming our way?

I don’t think Samsung did the update. I looked at my Samsung and the last system update was last month. Then I looked at my Xfinity stream app and they had an update last week, which is when this problem started happening for me. I am tired of the work around to watch live tv by recording the current show then playing under the recording tab. That is not fixing the problem and also proves that this is an xfinity problem.
