Samsung remote
Just purchased Samsung cu8000 tv. When I am on Xfinity stream menu, I press 123 button, and input the channel number that I want to view, scroll to done and press ok. The tv does not change to the channel I selected. Anyone had this issue and know the fix?
also voice command on remote doesn’t change channel. Is this an Xfinity issue?

I have now discovered that you have to push the back button one more time to get to the main menu, then you can browse by tittle or channel number. That seems to be the only way to change the channel without toggling though the entire live tv channel line up.
