I still do not know how to send a DM? This is in regard to a quote that my wife received from the Xfinity web site for a new service plan for my home. We have been on the phone with Mariel in the Philippines for over an hour with no help. The quote that my wife received was for $146.76 for 500 Mbps($78.07) and TV & streaming ( $73.31 ), but when she tried to select plan the accept box stayed gray. Mariel was unable to explain why this was happing and she was unable to provided us with the same plan. I really do not understand how we can get an offer on the inifinty web site and she can not provided us the same plan?

I am considering filing a complaint with the Tennessee Attorney generals office about your business pratices!!!!
