Sept 1st and still no ABC, CBS or Fox on the xfinity stream app

It's not just the Firestick,  It's my roku, it's my android and my I phone and I pad.

Why is there no update? Do I need to move to YouTube TV? Football is about to start

Same here buddy…Talked on Saturday for 3 hours to agents and no resolution. It just started last Friday I believe and never had issues. Weird as I still get NBC though as the “In Home” excuse from Xfinity makes no sense as to why we don’t get CBS, ABC and FOX

They have "licensing" agreements with the NFL, Big Ten, etc. so you cannot watch certain programming unless you are physically located and connected to your in home network.  If you are outside of your home network, you cannot stream.  [Edited - Profanity]

@user_nub343 As other users have commented on similar posts, our engineering teams are aware of the issue affecting viewing certain programming and channels outside the home network. Our fix teams are engaged and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

@XfinityAlfonso​ spoke too soon. Now CBS/ABC/FOX don't even show up as to-go channels 🤣 that's one way to "fix" it I guess.

Still not working!  Philly viewing area.   NFL and college football has started. Need cbs and fox!!!  
I have deleted and installed the app several times!!!  Please give us an update.

Canceling Xfinity for everything. By far the worse streaming app with their interface and having to use a different paid app to watch games.

I am having all of these issues as well, out of home stream app TVGO using 2 firesticks and 1 fire tv phone and pc and all of them have different channels missing. Both Firesticks have NBC consistently and depending on the day or the time No ABC or FOX, CBS has not worked at all for years. The Fire TV has NO NBC ever and FOX and ABC show up on reinstall but then go away. Phone has NBC working, ABC shows up but will not load, No FOX. PC Has NBC ABC FOX no CBS all working. These devices are all sitting in front of me and all different and all on the same WIFI.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Deleting and reinstallling the app on my Firestick fixes it temporarily, but eventually they disappear again. Very frustrating!

I apologize that has continued to happen, user_6mpmka. We have been having good luck with sending out an account refresh signal from one of our systems to get that to stay working. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
