SNY through Xfinity on my computer
Hi,
Recently, cannot stream SNY on my home computer - message says I need to connect to my home wifi, which it already is. "Due to licensing agreements, some content can only be viewed on your home WiFi."
Can view on my TV, but not computer, seems there are a few channels like this - what's up with this? I am going to need a refund for the decrease in functionality.
Anyone else have this problem or find a solution?

I can understand your frustrations and assure you our team is here to help. We'd be happy to run through some troubleshooting steps but first, I'd like to ask a few background questions if that is ok. I see that you stated you can view on your TV but not computer and that there are a few channels like this, what other channels is it happening on? On your computer, are you using our website xfinity.com/stream or the stream app? On your TV, are you using the Stream app as well or watching live?
