So frustrated!!! Peacock sign in

I am beyond frustrated. Situation is that my profile for subscriptions says Peacock-active. Then when I log into Peacock it has everything locked 🔒. Keeps asking for for my credit card. I just want to access what has been advertised as included in what I pay monthly.

Hi @user_6hpu7w, I am glad to hear that you're trying to take advantage of the peacock perk that we offer, It is one of the few subscriptions that I would pay for if I had to! Sounds like you have already visited https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to confirm that you do in fact have an active peacock subscription tied to your Xfinity account, the issue is often that you are using the wrong email address to log in. Have you tested out a few emails from everyone in the household?

I have also seen a few scenarios in which peacock needs to link the accounts together after a move, have you had a move in the past few years?
