Why can't I stream SCHN away from home on the Xfinity Stream app? Nor log into the SCHN+ app with my Xfinity credentials, but people with DirecTV and FUBO can? And don't say to use the chat option, I tried that and got a broad copy and paste answer that didn't explain anything.

Hello @user_wau58v when it comes to streaming away from home there are restrictions sometimes due to licensing and broadcasting agreements with certain networks. Not every channel will be available when away from home. Here is an article that may help clarify this as well.Available networks to live stream

When will Xfinity finalize the agreement with SCHN+ to allow us to use Xfinity credentials to log in to SCHN+ or stream out of home? This issue needs get to resolved.

orcollins. I understand how important out-of-home access is, and I appreciate you raising this concern. At this time, there’s no finalized agreement between Xfinity and SCHN+ to support streaming or login with Xfinity credentials outside the home. Because of that, we don’t have a timeline to share. I’ll make sure your feedback is documented, as interest like yours helps guide future updates. In the meantime, access may be limited to the in-home network.
