Stations disconnect on X Stream

Probably 5 times a day, Xfinity disconnects the station that I am trying to return to. For example, I have Fox on. I switch to Newsmax. When I try to return to Fox, it freezes.  The three dots just blink on the screen. 
I have to unplug the tv and start over. Only to have it happen again within a short amount of time. 
It’s all stations. And I have Samsung. So it’s  not Roku or anything else. 
This is extremely frustrating.
  We have the connection without an Xfinity box. I didn’t realize that’s what I was agreeing to when I signed up in August. I wonder if that’s part of the problem.

I’m tired of sitting on hold when I try calling for help.

Hi there, @user_hn9x1h! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! That does sound frustrating, but I am sure we can help! Could you let us know if you run into connection issues on any other devices in the home? Other TV's, phones, tablets, computers?

Same issue here as of the past week.  We are using Rokus.  And happening on all TVs.  Also, the sound has been awful as well either going very high, or changing to very low at any given time

Thank you for reaching out to us @jrdoa! We appreciate you for confirming this issue is impacting each of the Rokus in your household. Inconsistent sound levels would drive me crazy too. Are all the Rokus in the house fully updated and using the current OS?
