Stream app “favorite channels” glitch
Often my Xfinity Stream app(which I use through Roku) says don’t have any “favorite channels”, when in fact I have had favorites for years with Xfinity. This happens about half the time I fire up the Stream app. Is there an update or fix for this?

Thank you for reaching out here @stevet7. I am sorry to hear of that issue, that is definitely a frustrating experience. I have not seen any update or resolution for that type of issue on this end. I will be happy to look further into that and share that feedback with the engineering team for you.
