Stream App Not Working on Roku TV

I am currently unable to launch anything to watch. Both on demand and live TV are not working. I’ve tried checking for updates and also uninstalled them reinstalled the app.

The error I am receiving is TVAPP-00432.

Could you please let us know that Xfinity Video service you are currently subscribed to on the Xfinity Account? You can quickly and easily find this information by opening the Xfinity App and signing in with the Primary Xfinity ID.
