Stream app won’t load on Samsung TV

App will not launch on Samsung TV. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have refreshed system. Have reset modem. Working on my iPhone but not TV

Good evening @user_0ofnl2. When you launch the app, are you getting an error message?

We fixed it. Our Roku was down for a few days. I didn’t think that would affect it because I thought our streaming was available through the Xfinity cable box/hardwire but evidently not
