Stream is not working or is extreamly slow in home on any device

I've tried multiple devices wired and wireless. I've tried streaming from the website on my computer. Xfinity stream is not working or is extreamly slow when on my home network. Either the app is stuck in the loading state (LG TV) or "This video cannot be played, We've run into a problem while streaming" error player 1337 (Chrome, Firefox) desktop and laptop. The app loads very slow on my phone (Android) when connected to my wifi. If I turn on my mobile hotspot and just use that Xfinity Stream loads quickly and works. Modem speed tests are fine (1400mb average). Speed tests are fine on my wired and wireless devices. All other streaming/gaming apps are working without issue. These issues began in December.

I tried the app on my phone, after loading (very long time) I got a channel to work. I tried casting (google), the app freezes and disconnects from the device.

Hi @Roharris33! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out to XFINITY over our forums page. I use the stream app all the time whether at home or on the go for my entertainment so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this experience. You've come to the right team over social media to help. How is everything working on the stream app for your today? Do you notice any other internet service issues? Are you using an additional router as a seperate device in addition to the modem?
