stream saver

I have stream saver which includes Netflix Standard. Why is there an additional charge on my bill for Netflix Standard under "Other service providers"?

I thought I did this. When I go to my Netflix account, it indicates "Billed through Xfinity package add-on." So why would Xfinity think I have two accounts? Or is my problem with Netflix? Thx.
