Streaming app no longer plays after new router

After getting a new Xfinity router a few weeks ago, the streaming app no longer will play anything on multiple devices - Rokus, fire tv, and iPhones. So not a device issue. I’ve tried restarting, updating and reinstalling. Get this message when trying to play.  Have called tech support twice and just told to restart the router which doesn’t help. All other streaming apps (Netflix, max, Hulu, etc) are working just fine.

Hello user_47u5tj is there any associated error code to go along with this message? Is this eror showing on all channels? Are you still able to access On-Demand contnet via thew Stream App, or is this having ann issue as well?
