shengle18, Customers cannot live stream TV from a foreign country using Xfinity Stream. Xfinity Stream allows customers to stream all networks included in their Xfinity TV service and Xfinity On Demand content through the Xfinity Stream app and portal when in-home and connected to their in-home WiFi network. While more than 200 channels are available for live streaming out-of-home, certain broadcasters are not available to stream outside the home due to licensing restrictions. Additionally, some networks only make their content available through their own apps and websites, limiting the ability to live stream TV from a foreign country.
