streaming is horrible

It is unbelievable how sorry the xFinity streaming app is compared to Max  NetFlix and Disney+.  The performance is just as horrible after upgrading to 1G. Performance observed on 2 televisions each on the network individually and simultaneously with no other devices.  The modem within 3 feet of the televisions.  How does xFinity not take ownership and offer refunds for not providing streaming service as advertisd?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Xfinity stream app, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. What kind of issues are you experiencing? Is there any error codes?
