Streaming through my Roku Stick

For the last three days I cannot get any channels on my Xfinity Streaming through my Roku. It is a compatible model. All my other streaming services work, but when I connect to XFINITY Streaming and i get the screen with the channels, when I select one, no picture appears and I get the 00231 error code. I have reset/restarted the ROKU but still nothing. I tried to call XFINITY but can never get a live person. As much as I pay for Xfinity every month, I should be able to speak with someone.

Please help!

hankvb02 Thanks for reaching out with your streaming issue on the Roku. I would be happy to assist in any way I can. Have you tried removing the app, and reinstalling it on the device since you posted your concern? Somethimes the app just needs an update, and that would give you the latest version of the app.
