Streaming

I know this will go nowhere. But every time I try to stream Xfinity when I’m out of my apartment it never works. I believe that is the point of the stream service. Do better. That’s why I’m switching to non-cable next year.

I'm sorry to hear about your streaming concerns, Oysterhaven1. This is not the experience we would like you to have and I'd like to help get to the bottom of this. Is it a particular program that's affected? Or all programing? Are you getting a specific error message when you try to stream outside your home network? Or an error code?
